Rob Horowitz, Founder and President
Rob is a strategic, communications and organizational consultant with a proven record of devising winning strategies and generating favorable media coverage. His recent clients include Prevent Opioid Abuse, Providence Talks, Action Based Enterprises, Rhode Island Business Group on Health, and The Citizens Campaign.
Rob has served as a general consultant, campaign manager, direct mail consultant and pollster on gubernatorial, congressional, county and local election campaigns. Rob is an Adjunct Professor of Political Science at University of Rhode Island, where he teaches courses in both Media and Elections. Rob is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and received his Master’s Degree from the Eagleton Institute of Politics at Rutgers University.
While Rob is the primary contact with clients, he works with a team of top professionals and can draw on a vast pool of expertise in order to best address any challenge.
Ben Jones, Senior Digital Consultant
Ben has over 25 years experience bridging traditional and digital communications strategies for national organizations as well as local political candidates. His work with Rob Horowitz Associates includes web, email and social media strategy and execution. His work in traditional political organizing and communications informs his work in today's dynamic digital environment. His previous consulting under Left Brain is now part of Rob Horowitz Associates offerings.
Marisa Millard, Senior Graphic Design Consultant
Marisa has over thirty years’ experience as a graphic designer and art director for design firms, advertising agencies and publishing companies. Her design practice centers on information-heavy projects for print and web, including work for political campaigns and a variety of non-profit organizations. She graduated with an MFA in Visual Communications from North Texas University. In addition to serving as the Senior Graphic Design Consultant for Rob Horowitz Associates, she is Chair, Visual & Performing Arts Department, and Coordinator: Design + Animation Programs at Bristol Community College.
